Stress Management Groups

These groups are delivered as a full day or a condensed half day workshops. The same content also have been spread out to be delivered through a 4 weeks groups (120 minutes per group session). Please see the below list for some of what our stress management groups may cover:

  • Learning how to recognize our thoughts that may impact our lives negatively,

  • Learning how to challenge these irrational thoughts,

  • Learning how to accept our limitations while not judging ourselves,

  • Learning to recognize our defence mechanisms and how they may impact our behaviours and relations,

  • Learning how to practice mindfulness in our day to day lives,

  • Improving our sleep hygiene,

  • Practicing gentle and restorative yoga,

  • Learning to ground ourselves when we feel checked out,

  • Goal setting for the future and more.
